A priest friend once told me that ...Thank you, GG!<br /><br />A priest friend once told me that when he was having trouble praying, his community reminded him that they were praying for him; both for his intentions, but also in his place. <br /><br />I wonder, too, if what draws me to the image of these edgy feathers has to do with the sense that we do not realize it's even there, as we are drawn to look at the landscape outside.<br /><br />Somehow I think that we all make up in various ways for what is lacking; someone is praying when someone can't, someone is carrying someone who can't walk, someone is speaking for someone is silent -- and that is part of what the Magnificat hold out for us. We are all the rich, we are all the hungry, we are all the proud, and all the humble.<br /><br />Prayers.
